When a new page is needed, SummaRank identifies credible contenders, checks current sources and official information, and builds an initial top five. Sources and useful official or shopping links stay visible on the page.
RESEARCH BEFORE RANKINGThe scoring rules are published
Every subjective ranking uses five topic-specific criteria. Their weights add up to 100%, every contender is scored independently on the same criteria, and the weighted total determines the starting order.

Anyone can browse. Signing in is required only to vote, comment, suggest a contender, track a page, or build a member profile. Each member gets one vote per ranking each month.
ONE PERSON · ONE VOTE · EACH MONTHCommunity influence grows carefully
Votes are visible immediately, but they do not instantly overturn the researched score. Community influence begins after 25 recent votes and grows in measured stages. Any proposed order change must remain stable before it becomes the published order.
VISIBLE · LIMITED · STABLEMissing contenders can earn a place
Repeated write-ins merge together. Three independent suggestions unlock an honorable mention. At 25 recent promotion votes, that contender becomes eligible for an offline scoring review using the same criteria as the top five.

SummaRank uses votes from the most recent 12 months. Community adjustments are shown separately from the baseline, and a proposed ranking change must hold for seven days before publication.
